Total Wine & More in Everett, MA is seeking a seasonal Front End Team Member who will work as a cashier and may also serve as a sales associate or merchandiser. You will process transactions, assist customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsabilités

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, and bagging products.
• Deliver exceptional service by greeting customers and building relationships.
• Promote loyalty programs and inform customers about products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol sale laws and maintain a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
