Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member to handle cashiering duties and deliver fast, friendly service in a high-volume store in Texas. The role may also involve sales associate or merchandiser tasks as needed, reporting to store management.

A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential. Responsibilities include processing transactions, answering questions, mastering POS systems, and staying current on promotions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide a welcoming, helpful customer experience and promote the loyalty program.
• Build product knowledge through training on wine, spirits, and beer.
• Maintain awareness of ads, promotions, and loyalty programs and store safety.
