Total Wine & More is seeking a Front End Team Member (Cashier) in Kansas City, MO, to deliver fast, friendly service and smooth transactions. You will engage customers, answer questions, and help with loyalty programs while upholding store standards.

The role may also involve duties as a sales associate or merchandiser. The team works closely with management to ensure an outstanding shopping experience and compliance with relevant laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification and payment handling.
• Provide friendly customer service, greet customers, and promote products and services.
• Participate in product training to build knowledge about wine, spirits and beer.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety, cleanliness, and compliance with alcohol sale regulations.
• Perform cross-functional duties and other responsibilities as assigned.
