Total Wine & More in Washington state is seeking a Front End Team Member to provide fast, friendly service at the register and assist customers in finding products.

As a seasonal Cashier, you will process transactions, promote the loyalty program, and stay knowledgeable about wine, beer, and spirits. Training and safety standards are emphasized, with opportunities to transition to a non-seasonal role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Passion for customer service and team player mindset.
• 1–3 years of work experience; retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, answering inquiries, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver personalized service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to laws related to alcohol sales and a safe store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
