Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a friendly Front End Team Member in Washington state to handle cashier duties, engage customers, and promote store services. You may also support as a sales associate or merchandiser as needed. Training in wine, spirits, and beer will enhance product knowledge, and you will work with loyalty programs and promotions.

The position emphasizes excellent service, adherence to alcohol-sale laws, and a team-oriented environment with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification, payment handling, promoting loyalty program, and bagging product.
• Deliver exceptional service and a personalized experience by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
• Complete cross-functional responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
