Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions accurately, verify IDs, handle payments, and promote loyalty program.
• Deliver friendly service, greet customers, build relationships, and inform about products.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness.
• Adhere to alcohol-sale laws and ensure a safe, compliant store.
• Complete cross-functional duties as assigned.
• Seasonal role may be short-term with potential for non-seasonal transition.
