Total Wine & More is seeking a Cashier/Sales associate in Reston, VA for seasonal work. You will process transactions, greet customers, and promote loyalty programs while maintaining knowledge of promotions and product training in wine, spirits, and beer.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required; high school diploma preferred; 1-3 years retail experience ideal. Great benefits and store discounts are offered.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience; 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including ID verification, payment handling, customer inquiries, loyalty program promotion, and bagging.
• Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience by engaging and informing about products and services.
• Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, ads, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure store safety and cleanliness and comply with alcohol sale laws.
• Perform cross-functional duties as assigned.
