Witham Family Hotels is seeking a Full-Time Seasonal Front Desk Supervisor for Bar Harbor Inn and Spa, Bar Harbor, Maine. You will oversee daily front desk operations, mentor staff, and ensure a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.

The role emphasizes leadership, guest service excellence, and collaboration with other departments in a beautiful waterfront setting. Seasonal schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays; starting wage is $22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations, ensuring smooth and efficient guest service.
• Lead, mentor, and support front desk staff to achieve their best.
• Train new team members and provide ongoing support for hotel systems and procedures.
• Manage room assignments, guest check-ins/check-outs, and special requests.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
• Assist the Front Office Manager with scheduling, performance evaluations, and administrative tasks.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized front desk area.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
