Responsibilities

• Guest welcome and front desk operations from arrival to departure.
• Manage check-in/check-out, verify reservations, communicate amenities and policies.
• Process payments, handle billing questions, resolve discrepancies with care.
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly with knowledgeable assistance.
• Coordinate reservations and communicate with housekeeping and maintenance.
