TPG Hotels & Resorts seeks a dedicated Housekeeper for our Nantucket location. You will maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas to ensure a welcoming guest experience. This full-time, on-site role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork with the hotel staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning rooms, sanitizing bathrooms, restocking supplies, and reporting maintenance needs. The position requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a focus on guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus.
• Attention to detail and knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently to complete assigned rooms.
• Strong communication skills for guest and team interactions.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsabilités

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to established standards, including dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and making beds.
• Bathroom cleaning and sanitizing, including fixtures and amenities.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, surfaces, and decorative items in guest rooms and public areas.
• Refill supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to appropriate personnel.
• Keep an eye out for lost items and report them to the supervisor.
• Interact professionally and courteously with guests, responding to their requests and inquiries.
