Cedar Point is seeking a Seasonal Front Desk Agent for Sawmill Creek Resort. You will provide exceptional guest service, check guests in/out, handle charges, and utilize the Property Management System. This role requires 18+ and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Ability to bend, crouch, and stoop, push cart weighing up to 50 lbs., and use cleaning chemicals
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
• Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
• Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
