Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Midland, TX is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator to support shipment receiving, packaging, and backroom maintenance. You will handle freight tasks, shipping to Guests and other stores, and assist with inventory and POS operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

No prior experience is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work a flexible schedule including busy shopping periods, and uphold Buckle’s policies and customer-service standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and ship items to Guests; use appropriate packaging and boxes.
• Maintain backroom organization and assist with shelving and fixtures.
• Operate POS software and manage shipment paperwork daily.
• Support store management with freight handling and inventory maintenance.
