Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Freight Coordinator in Midland, TX to support store operations by receiving and shipping merchandise, maintaining backroom organization, and performing routine cleaning tasks.

The role involves various duties across operations, including POS knowledge, shipment processing, and customer service with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips.
• Double-check that all transfers have been processed through the register and match what you are shipping out.
• When shipping items to Guests and other stores, fold items and place in appropriate sized box for presentation.
