Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a part-time Freight Coordinator at our Houston area store. You will help fulfill the store’s mission by handling shipments, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning while delivering strong guest service.

You will verify invoices, manage FedEx communications, and ensure accurate packing and transfers. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering service to guests or customers is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments for accuracy.
• Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders via FedEx.
• Maintain shipment paperwork and organize backroom areas.
• Operate and maintain familiarity with POS software during daily tasks.
• Support in shelving, tagging, and merch presentation on the sales floor.
