Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against items received to ensure shipments are correct.
• Prepare and send alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check freight packing slips and transfer slips for accuracy.
• Process transfers and ensure items match shipments.
• Create FedEx labels and sort parcels by transit time.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize stock.
• Keep work area neat, clean, and safe; report policy violations.
• Develop knowledge of POS software and operate registers.
