Job summary

Buckle in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Part-Time Freight Coordinator on-site to help create a great Guest experience through efficient store operations, receiving and organizing daily shipments, backroom maintenance, and routine cleaning.

Main duties include verifying invoices against shipments, sending alterations or special orders via FedEx, labeling merchandise, and keeping transfer and packing paperwork accurate while supporting visual merchandising and stock organization.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training.

Responsibilities

• Verify merchandise invoices against received shipments and ensure accuracy.
• Route alterations, layaways, or special orders to Guests via FedEx.
• Check freight packing slips and transfer slips for correctness.
• Ensure transfers are reflected at the register and items match shipments.
• Prepare FedEx labels and package items for shipment, per transit time requirements.
• Maintain shipment-related paperwork and organize backroom stock.
• Assist with visual merchandising tasks and floor-level projects.
• Support a neat, clean, and organized work area and proper stock levels.
