Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and handle stockroom operations and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on demand.
• Engage customers by greeting them and assisting with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Support training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
