Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a team-oriented Associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure consistent store operations. You will process freight, replenish merchandise, and fulfill omni-channel requirements, while engaging customers and upholding Kohl’s standards.

You will also participate in training for new hires, support POS and customer service, and adapt to selling strategies and seasonal changes. Must be 16+ with flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with ability to multi-task and high attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
