Job summary

Kohl's is seeking an associate to deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth store operations. You will process freight, replenishment, and omni-channel fulfillment, while helping customers and maintaining product protection standards.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and flexible availability including weekends and holidays. Training will be provided to align with Kohl’s brand standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and high attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and stockroom operations.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute all product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources.
