Job summary

Kohl’s is seeking a Store Associate to deliver excellent customer service and support all store operations. You will process freight, replenish the floor, and assist with omni-channel fulfillment to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

You’ll greet customers, help them find products, and uphold Kohl’s brand standards while participating in training for new hires. This role requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills with attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Execute product protection standards.
• Participate in training for new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools and resources and as directed by store leadership.
• Act with integrity and foster teamwork in an engaged culture.
• Provide customer service and support POS to deliver fast service and a compelling customer experience.
• Meet or exceed individual goals and handle multiple tasks within timeframes.
• Follow company policies, safety guidelines and respond to directions from supervisors.
