Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is hiring Equipment Operators for the peak holiday period. Work Monday–Friday 5:00AM–1:30PM with full-time hours during the season, and you will load/unload, restock, and move merchandise using RF equipment and forklifts.

This role includes safety training, background check, and drug screen. Earn $20.50 per hour with a $1.00 premium during 11/23–12/20/2026, plus 40% employee discount and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes.
• Loading/unloading small vans up to 53 ft trailers.
• Routine lifting and raising of loads to up to 30 ft in height.
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload, move merchandise using RF equipment.
• Restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Move received merchandise from staging area to bulk locations.
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
