Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is seeking an Equipment Operator to support fulfillment center operations, including loading/unloading, RF picking, stocking, and operating moving equipment to ensure accuracy and safety.

The role requires ability to lift 30 lb, passing a drug screen and background check, and willingness to work Fri-Sun 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM with holiday premium shifts. Compensation starts at $20.50/hour with 401(k) eligibility and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers
• Rout ine and regular raising lifts to remove or add boxes/containers to racking system to up to 30ft in height
• Adherence to all safety policies and procedures
• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock
• Accurately and efficiently restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move received merchandise from the staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform duties of the Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control departments (including cycle counting when necessary)
• Perform return merchandise put away in the primary and special picking locations
• Will be expected to work in other areas of the warehouse during downtime in the replenishing and receiving areas
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment to pick, stock, and move merchandise with RF scanning
• Restock bins and move stock between staging and bulk locations
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the warehouse
• Assist Receiving, Replenishing, and Inventory Control duties as needed
