Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is hiring an Equipment Operator for the peak holiday period. The role involves loading/unloading, operating RF equipment, lifting up to 30 lb, and moving stock within a 53 ft trailer environment.

Weekday shifts Monday–Friday 5:00 AM–1:30 PM, with potential flexibility. You must pass a drug screen and background check, be eligible to work in the United States, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 30 lb and reach overhead.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes
• Load/unload small vans up to 53 ft trailers
• Raise lifts to add/remove boxes to racking up to 30 ft
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Operate moving equipment to move stock
• Restock bins from bulk locations using RF equipment
• Move merchandise from staging to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties (including cycle counts)
• Put away returned merchandise in primary and special pick locations
• Work in other warehouse areas during downtime
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
