Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is hiring an Equipment Operator for the peak holiday season. The role requires operating moving equipment, restocking with RF devices, and supporting Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control tasks. Work is in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety and accuracy.

Shifts are Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with full-time hours available. A $1.00/hour premium applies from November 23 through December 20, 2026.

Qualifications

• Ability to reach above head to lift 30lb boxes.
• Requires loading/unloading small vans up to 53 foot trailers.
• Routine raising lifts to remove/add boxes/containers up to 30ft in height.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate moving equipment to add/remove stock.
• Accurately restock primary picking bins from bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Move received merchandise from staging area to bulk locations using RF equipment.
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing, or Inventory Control duties as needed (cycle counting).
• Perform return merchandise put away in primary and special locations.
• Maintain clean and safe work environment.
