Job summary

Duluth Trading Company in Belleville, WI is seeking an Equipment Operator for the peak holiday season. The role offers full-time hours with weekend shifts (Friday–Sunday) and involves loading/unloading, stocking, and operating RF equipment.

You will support Receiving, Replenishing, and Inventory Control, follow safety policies, and participate in internal forklift training. This is a hands-on warehouse position focused on speed, accuracy, and customer service.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen & Background Check Required
• Ability to lift 30lb boxes overhead
• Load/unload small vans up to 53 ft trailers
• Raise lifts to access stock up to 30 ft high
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Operate moving equipment to move stock
• Restock bins using RF equipment
• Move merchandise from staging to bulk locations using RF equipment
• Perform Receiving, Replenishing or Inventory Control duties
• Return merchandise put away in primary/special locations
• Work in other warehouse areas during downtime
