Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, hotel, resort, catering, banquet, bar, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required.
• Experience as a food runner, busser, barback, server assistant, or similar support role is beneficial.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely and professional manner.
• Verify orders are complete and properly presented with necessary condiments and service items.
• Communicate with culinary, servers, bartenders, managers, and other team members about order details and guest needs.
• Assist servers with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and maintaining organized guest areas.
• Support bartenders by stocking liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, ice, disposables, and other supplies.
• Prepare bar garnishes and mise en place as directed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked barbacks, service stations, storage areas, and guest spaces.
• Replenish food and beverage products to support efficient operations.
• Assist with transporting food, beverages, trays, supplies, and equipment between indoor and outdoor service areas.
• Clear empty glassware, dishes, trash, and other items from guest areas and service stations.
• Assist with setting up, replenishing, and breaking down service areas, events, and activations.
• Maintain awareness of allergies, dietary restrictions, and order modifications.
• Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards.
• Report spills, broken glass, unsafe conditions, and shortages to management promptly.
• Assist with crowd flow and holiday programming as needed.
• Provide friendly and professional assistance to guests and direct questions appropriately.
• Work with food & beverage, culinary, ice rink, retail, and resort teams.
• Maintain a positive, festive, service-focused atmosphere in every guest interaction.
• Follow all company policies and service standards.
