Job summary

Schweitzer at Snowshoe is hiring for seasonal dining roles on the mountain. Housing is available for rent, and the work location is 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209. Pay is $16 per hour with start dates at the end of November and beginning of December, and positions run throughout the season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous restaurant experience helpful.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Inspect each dish for accuracy, presentation, and portion size before it leaves the kitchen.
• Prioritize tickets and manage multiple tables/orders simultaneously.
• Ensure food safety standards are maintained during handling and plating.
• Communicate with servers about changes, delays, or special requests.
• Assist with garnishing and final touches on dishes when needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized expo station.
