Blackberry Farm, LLC. is seeking a Floral Assistant to support our floral team across the property and during events. You will assist with distribution, care, and setup of arrangements, and help maintain quality standards while delivering friendly guest service.

The role involves working outdoors in all weather, lifting up to 40 pounds, and collaborating with managers and team members to meet daily standards and event needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of flowers, colors, and textures is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of math.
• Needs problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on job knowledge and goals.
• Must lift up to 40 pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
• Must be able to work with floral bay environment.

Responsabilités

• Will assist in cleaning and maintaining the floral bay.
• Distribute and maintain floral arrangements throughout the property.
• Find and cut foliage on the property and process new flowers when they arrive.
• Assist the Floral team in event setup and breakdown.
• Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Maintain high-quality standards in product presentation.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a strong work ethic; comply with company policies.
