Job summary

Blackberry Farm, LLC is seeking a Retail Shipping Associate to support packing and shipping processes for both retail and wholesale orders. You will collaborate with a small team to ensure accuracy, inventory control and timely fulfillment in a resort setting.

The role requires strong communication, basic math, and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Training across POS and ship systems is provided; weekend/evening shifts may be needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail shipping experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Pick, gift wrap, fulfill, and process retail orders.
• Fulfill and process wholesale orders.
• Communicate supply, product and order needs with Supervisor/Manager.
• Assist in receiving of retail product from vendors.
• Accurately count monthly inventory with team.
• Work with team to clean, organize, stock and rotate product, and maintain warehouse.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, POS software, and ship management software daily.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and van as required.
