Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for its Seasonal Nursing Pool in Florida. You will deliver patient-family centered care with competency across assessment, planning, and interventions, while adapting to different units as required.

Requires ASN or higher, FL RN eligibility, and BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable. Expect 36 hours per week with three 12-hour shifts, and seasonal contract terms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• ASN or higher; Florida RN license eligibility; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP as unit requires.
• Seasonal Nursing Pool contract experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care and document care plans.
• Demonstrate proficiency in core nursing competencies and evidence-based practice.
• Float to all hospital areas as needed during the contract.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, totaling 36 hours.
