Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking a Direct Patient Care Registered Nurse for the Seasonal Nursing Pool. This licensed professional delivers patient-family centered care and demonstrates assessment, communication, critical thinking, and teamwork in a fast-paced hospital setting in Florida.

Position requires float to all areas, three 12-hour shifts per week, and every other weekend for a 36-hour week. This temporary role may not include PTO and benefits under the pool program.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience minimum as an RN.
• A ASN with Florida licensure; BLS/ACLS/PALS/NRP certifications as required by unit.

Responsibilities

• Float to all hospital areas as needed.
• Work three 12-hour shifts per week and every other weekend, totaling 36 hours.
• Temporary Seasonal Nursing Pool; no PTO during the contract period.
