Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center in Bradenton, FL, seeks a Seasonal RN Float to provide safe, competent nursing care across units for a six-month temporary assignment. Day shift, 7a-7p, with a pay rate of $60.00 per hour.

Requires RN licensure in Florida or Compact, BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS within specified timelines, and 2+ years of acute care experience (3 years if part-time). Responsibilities include leadership, service excellence, effective communication, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program.
• Current active Florida or Compact Nursing License.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS at time of hire.
• ACLS as of start date; NRP as of start date for Women’s Center; NIH within 90 days for ICU/PCU; PALS/CPI within 90 days for ER/PACU.
