Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center (LWRMC) in Bradenton, FL seeks a Seasonal RN Registered Nurse Float for 7p-7a shifts. The six-month assignment starts 11/9/26 and ends 5/15/27, at a pay rate of $60.00 per hour.

The RN provides safe, competent care and collaborates with the healthcare team in a fast-paced acute-care setting. Qualified candidates will hold a Florida RN license (or Compact), BLS, ACLS/NRP/PALS where required, and have acute care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Florida or Compact Nursing License and active BLS at hire.
• 2 years acute care or 3 years part-time experience in acute care.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/CPI required within 90 days starting date, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, competent nursing care for patients per policies and standards.
• Demonstrates service excellence and effective communication with the team.
• Lead and support healthcare staff while performing assigned duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
