Job summary

Lawry’s is seeking Seasonal Servers for the holidays. Shifts run through mid-January with no time-off in December; candidates should be available for 4–6 shifts per week and must work Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve.

The Servers will lead with quality guest relations, ensure a WOW factor in service, and become familiar with menu items, table-side preparations, cash controls, and upselling techniques.

Qualifications

• Two years of tableside restaurant service experience, preferably fine dining.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and upholding standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet, guide, and accommodate guests with confident, clear communication.
• Explain menu items and wine pairings; assist with selections.
• Provide timely service, ensure correct billing and payment processing.
• Coordinate with co-workers to deliver a seamless dining experience.
• Maintain appearance and adherence to uniform standards.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
