Job summary

Lawry's Restaurants Inc. is hiring Seasonal Bartenders to join during the holiday season. The Bartender will prepare drinks, maintain a clean bar, ensure safety and food handling standards, and interact with guests to provide exceptional service.

The role requires knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails, cash handling, and the ability to work 4–6 shifts per week, including Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve. Prior experience in a high-end dining setting is preferred and must be 21+ with legal age

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as a bartender.
• Knowledge of wines, beers, and cocktails.
• Able to stand and work weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling and basic math proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks using proper bartending techniques.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area and proper hygiene.
• Ensure compliance with food safety handling policies.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Greet guests, upsell menu items, and provide excellent service.
• Check IDs and follow liquor laws; manage tabs and receipts.
