This position is on-site and located in Greenville, North Carolina.

Waypoint Analytical, the nation's largest agricultural and environmental laboratory network across North America, is seeking a Seasonal Field Service Technician. This role involves collecting samples, conducting field analysis, and ensuring timely delivery of samples from clients to the laboratory. It is essential for maintaining data accuracy and a safe work environment.

This is a seasonal position for two months (June-August).

Responsibilities:

• Collect samples and perform field analysis according to established procedures.
• Record all necessary information for sample submission or data upload.
• Ensure samples are delivered from clients to the laboratory.
• Engage in physical labor, including lifting, pulling, and pushing up to 50 lbs.
• Maintain awareness of PPE requirements at various locations.
• Clean, maintain, troubleshoot, and operate equipment such as pH meters, sampling tools, and mechanical devices.
• Relay client requests to lab personnel.
• Drive for extended periods (4+ hours daily).
• Follow instructions, pay attention to details, and adapt to changing environments.
• Transport, maintain, and operate ATV’s or UTV’s if required.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Model safety as a core value and contribute to a safe work environment.
• Perform other duties as required.
