Grand Welcome Mammoth Lakes Franchise is seeking a detail-oriented Seasonal Part-Time Assistant Field Manager to ensure vacation rental properties meet high hospitality standards. You will inspect, stage, and report on-site across multiple homes, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams.

Experience in hospitality or quality control is a plus; training and equipment are provided. Part-time, less than 30 hours/week, with weekend/holiday flexibility, through April 2027.

Qualifications

• A dedicated, self-driven professional with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, field operations environment.
• Prior experience in hospitality, property inspection, or quality control is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Inspect and stage properties to meet guest expectations and standards.
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections and verify inventory across properties.
• Identify and report maintenance needs; perform small repairs as needed.
• Collaborate with teams and use tech tools to track inspection data.
• Work 8-hour shifts with flexible schedule; seasonal through April 2027.
