We seek a detail-oriented Seasonal Full-Time Assistant Field Manager to ensure guest-ready properties. You will inspect after cleaning, verify inventory, report damages, and coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams using Office365 and inspection apps.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented professional with strong guest-service focus.
• Ability to work in fast-paced field operations and inspect properties.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stage properties to exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections and verify inventory.
• Identify maintenance needs and perform minor repairs.
• Coordinate with cleaning/maintenance teams using tech tools.
• Work weekends/holidays as needed.
