H&R Block is looking for a seasonal Operations Technical Specialist to ensure their tax office network is fully operational and compliant with brand standards. This position involves hands-on support for opening and closing tax offices, as well as basic maintenance and technical support.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently. A flexible schedule and reliable transportation are necessary for this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move office equipment weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel between office locations.
• Experience in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Support the setup, opening, closure, and relocation of seasonal tax offices.
• Perform routine building maintenance and troubleshoot hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory of district resources, supplies, and equipment.
