Job summary

Grand Welcome Breckenridge Franchise is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Assistant Field Manager to ensure our vacation rental properties meet guest-ready standards. You’ll inspect, stage, and report on condition across multiple homes, coordinating with cleaning and maintenance teams using Office365 and inspection apps.

This in-person role requires reliability, keen attention to detail, and the ability to lift 20 pounds and walk stairs. Flexible schedule including weekends; end date March 31, 2027.

Qualifications

• No degree required; hospitality or inspection experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 pounds and navigate stairs.
• Reliability in a fast-paced field environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and stage properties to exceed guest expectations.
• Conduct post-cleaning inspections and verify inventory.
• Identify and report maintenance needs and perform small repairs.
• Collaborate with cleaning and maintenance teams using tech tools.
• Work weekends and holidays to support guest check-in/out.
