Job summary

AvantStay is seeking a temporary Field Operations Agent to support property management and guest experiences in the Poconos region. The role requires in-market travel, auditing properties for standards, managing supplies, and responding promptly to guest/homeowner concerns.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in hospitality or customer-facing roles, basic MS Office skills, and a valid driver's license with flexibility for weekends and holidays. Travel across designated properties is expected.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of hospitality or customer-facing experience.
• Basic skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
• Ability and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the local market leader and performing routine assigned tasks and providing other support as directed.
• Conducting inspections of properties within designated area to ensure AvantStay standards and regulations.
• Maintaining inventory and stock supply in the office and ensuring market properties have necessary supplies and equipment.
• Responding to issues or requests via emails, calls, texts, Slack messages, and tickets from guests or homeowners in a timely and effective manner.
• Performing minor housekeeping or routine rental maintenance tasks as needed.
• Frequently traveling to various properties within the designated area to support operations.
• Oversee housekeeping dispatching in the absence of the local market leader.
• Strong focus on onboarding new homes.
