Job summary

All City Management Services (ACMS) is seeking a Team Lead to support field teams across Fort Worth and surrounding areas in Texas. This seasonal, field-based role ensures safe, compliant School Crossing Guard programs and serves as a trusted community leader.

You will coordinate schedules, supervise Area Supervisors, conduct field observations, and travel to nearby towns as needed. The position requires strong leadership, organization, communication skills, reliable transportation, and 2–3

Qualifications

• 2–3 years or more of supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to nearby towns.
• Reliable transportation and active automobile insurance.
• Live within commuting distance to the Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules and daily operations for Area Supervisors.
• Conduct field observations and Site Performance Evaluations.
• Hire, train, and develop Area Supervisors.
• Travel to nearby towns to mentor staff.
• Liaise with school/city officials as needed.
• Maintain inventory of field equipment and supplies.
• Attend required staff meetings.
