Job summary

ACMS is seeking a Team Lead (Seasonal) to supervise field-based operations across Fort Worth and surrounding areas. You will coordinate schedules for Area and Lead Supervisors, ensure policy and safety compliance, and perform Site Performance Evaluations.

You will hire, train, and develop Area Supervisors, travel daily to nearby towns to mentor staff, and liaise with school/city officials as needed. Requires 2–3 years of supervisory experience and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years or more of supervisory experience.
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to Fort Worth, Keller, Prosper, Colony area.
• Reliable transportation with active automobile insurance.
• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbs.
• Fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening required.
• Seasonal position aligned with school schedules.

What You’ll Do

2–3 years or more of supervisory experience.

Off-the-clock work is not required or permitted; prior approval is required for hours beyond budgeted limits.

Company-issued devices must be used for timekeeping, mileage tracking, and work-related duties only.

Employees are responsible for tracking work hours and complying with legal rest and meal period requirements.

Company-issued devices must remain off outside scheduled work hours.

$25.00 per hour, 8 hours per day.

Eligible for annual bonus.

Automobile mileage reimbursement provided using the company tracking system.

Additional Information

This is a seasonal position aligned with school schedules. School holidays, weather closures, non-student days, and summer break are considered off-season. Job duties may be modified as operational needs require.
