All City Management Services (ACMS) is seeking a Team Lead to support field teams across Fort Worth and surrounding areas in Texas. This seasonal, field-based role ensures safe, compliant School Crossing Guard programs and serves as a trusted community leader.

Position: Team Lead (Seasonal)
Location: Fort Worth, Keller, Prosper, Coppell, Frisco & The Colony, TX (and surrounding areas)
Service area may adjust based on program needs and growth.

All City Management Services (ACMS) is seeking a motivated Team Lead to support and guide our leadership teams across the Fort Worth, Keller, Prosper & Colony areas. This field-based role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and well-supported School Crossing Guard programs while serving as a trusted leader in the community.

What You'll Do

• Field-based leadership role reporting to an assigned manager

• Coordinate schedules and daily operations for assigned Area and Lead Supervisors

• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

• Conduct field observations and ensure timely, accurate Site Performance Evaluations

• Hire, train, and support the professional development of Area Supervisors

• Day travel to nearby towns to support & mentor Area Supervisors

• Serve as a liaison with school and/or city officials when requested

• Maintain inventory control and storage of field equipment and supplies

• Attend all required staff meetings

What We're Looking For

• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

• Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing an assigned area

• Reliable transportation with active automobile insurance

• Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbs

• Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Fort Worth, Keller, Prosper, & Colony area

• Must successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening and maintain a record free of serious offenses

• 2-3 years or more of supervisory experience

Work Expectations & Compliance

• Off-the-clock work is not required or permitted; prior approval is required for hours beyond budgeted limits

• Company-issued devices must be used for timekeeping, mileage tracking, and work-related duties only

• Employees are responsible for tracking work hours and complying with legal rest and meal period requirements

• Company-issued devices must remain off outside scheduled work hours

Pay & Benefits

• $25.00 per hour, 8 hours per day

• Eligible for annual bonus

• Automobile mileage reimbursement provided using the company tracking system

Additional Information

This is a seasonal position aligned with school schedules. School holidays, weather closures, non-student days, and summer break are considered off-season. Job duties may be modified as operational needs require.
