Responsibilities

• Provide daily field supervision and support to Adult School Crossing Guards within assigned programs.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures including the Employee Handbook.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coordinate schedules for assigned personnel.
• Step in and work as a School Crossing Guard when needed by operations.
• Conduct orientations, classroom training, field training, and safety compliance reviews.
• Complete and submit administrative and payroll documentation accurately and on time.
• Perform Site Performance Evaluations within established timelines.
• Maintain inventory control and storage of equipment, supplies, and employee documents.
• Attend all required staff meetings.
