Job summary

All City Management Services (ACMS) is seeking an Area Supervisor in Colton, CA. This seasonal, part‑time role follows the school calendar and focuses on supervising School Crossing Guard teams to keep students safe on routes to and from school.

You will recruit, train, and schedule personnel, provide daily field supervision, and assist as a crossing guard when needed. Strong leadership, organization, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfort with using company devices and timekeeping systems.
• Willingness to undergo fingerprinting and drug/alcohol screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily field supervision to School Crossing Guards within assigned programs.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coordinate schedules for assigned personnel.
• Step in and work as a School Crossing Guard when needed.
• Complete payroll documentation accurately and on time.
• Conduct training and safety compliance reviews.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and documents.
• Attend required staff meetings.
