Old Navy is seeking a Brand Associate to bring the brand to life for customers and provide exceptional service. You will educate shoppers about loyalty programs, showcase product knowledge, and collaborate with leadership to deliver a best-in-class experience using omnichannel tools.

You will contribute to store goals, assist across sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to learn and use technology tools and registers in day-to-day operations.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers and deliver excellent service to foster brand loyalty.
• Educate customers about loyalty programs and product features.
• Support sales on the floor, fitting rooms, and at the cash wrap using omnichannel approaches.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and assist team goals.
