Wild Work Farm in the Adirondacks is seeking two or more farmers or farming-curious folks for the 2027 season, with start in April and end in mid-October. Workdays are 2–5 days per week, outdoors in all weather, with occasional Sunday commitments in summer.

Roles offer growth, hands-on farming across seeding, soil prep, harvest, and packing, and a team-focused environment. First-year wages start at $19–$20/hour, with paid family leave, workers' compensation, paid sick time, PTO after the season,

Responsibilities

• Seed, plant, and tend crops from seeding to harvest.
• Prepare soil, cultivate, and weed to maintain healthy beds.
• Harvest and handle post-harvest tasks, packing orders.
• Move irrigation, wash totes, and assist with mowing.
• Grow with opportunities for increased responsibilities; potential extension to following year.
