Work with energy and professionalism to uphold brand standards, maintain clean fixtures, and assist with floor moves under leadership guidance. Must be at least 16 years old; customer-facing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Previous customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Rally House values through positive teamwork and engagement with peers.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time.
• Follow playbooks, loss prevention and safety guidelines consistently.
• Execute merchandising tasks (folding, hanging, replenishment, recovery) as directed.
