Job Overview

As a Seasonal Facility Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for various maintenance and operational tasks to support our offices during peak seasons. Your role will involve basic repairs, supply deliveries, and assisting with office setup and closure.

Responsibilities

1. Perform basic building maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, ceiling tiles, cleaning HVAC vents, minor electrical work, and repairing broken items; complex tasks requiring certified technicians will be escalated.
2. Deliver supplies and materials to and from offices.
3. Assist with annual setup and closing of seasonal offices, including setting up according to planogram, installing signage, ensuring cleanliness, and meeting brand standards.
4. Attend required training sessions.
5. Ensure the office is secured after hours.
6. Communicate effectively with the District Operations Coordinator regarding operational tasks.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic reading skills and familiarity with Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Ability to work independently and lift 20+ lbs.
• Strong decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and follow directions.
• No prior work experience required.
